This store used to have it all. They no longer are here to service the industry. Everything I need, they have to order and I am expected to wait for delivery. I heard that David left, as far as I am concerned he WAS Hard Rock Tool. I always thought he was the owner, he sure worked like he was. Bad news for the customers here that always had relied on Hard Rock for thier tools. As long as I have to mail order my tools, why do I need to drive to thier store to do it?

If you contacted Hard Rock Tools, Farmer's Branch Tx on the 'net you might have pulled up an official-looking link featuring a big old red banner that stated right up front that this company/web site/whatever was a scam. It isn't so at all. I've been a piddly-assed customer of Hard Rock Tool for as long as they've been in North Texas and I've never been treated any different than their big-assed customers. Hard Rock is helpful, efficient, and fair. I think their most valuable attribute is this: they do what they say they're going to do. Try getting that at Wal-Mart or the Depot or any other place.
