Grew up with my parents running a small business and knew the minute I walked in that this place was legit. Professional and friendly on the phone. No nonsense cut to the chase estimate that was detailed but concise. Firm handshake at the end and looked me in the eye. "I sure do hope I get your business" type of a delivery. Did exactly what they said for exactly how much they estimated in exactly the time frame they promised. Fairly certain that they tightened up my other front fender without telling me or charging me. Very certain my car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. Kind of a bummer that I had to wait a month to get in but I am 100% certain that the 30 day waiting list isn't because they suck at what they do.
