Horrible customer service/customer appreciation. Rates increased for a simple haircut in less than 5 years from 65.00 a cut to 100.00 a cut. Had to wait ONE month to get appointment in with hairdresser, was not made aware at time of appointment scheduling that recent rate went up from 85.00 to 100.00, but rather was called the day BEFORE my appointment to be made aware of the increase in rates (after waiting a full month for cut). Sent a private message to hairdresser inquiring about rate increase the same night, only to receive another phone call from salon cancelling my appointment because of my questioning rate increase. This is a very unprofessional salon. Disheartening because I did like the haircuts I received (not worth 100.00 however).
