Wonderful experience from the first phone call I made to inquire about service to the finished work. The office were responsive and super helpful in working around my schedule. James did an excellent job and my tile & grout looks brand new. I very much appreciated his promptness (even arriving a few minutes early) which is rare these days but super helpful with busy schedules. I highly recommend Groutsmith Dallas!

Very positive experience. Joseph, especially, took the time to answer our questions and explain what he would & did do. John, who provided the estimate, was very knowledgeable and helped a lot in selection of sealant color. Would recommend this firm to anyone wanting to make their shower squeaky clean!
