My husband decided to try a new cleaners to save money so we took his pants to Green Clean Dry Cleaner located at 14999 Preston Rd. Well when we picked up his pants he went home to try on his pants and all 5 pair of jeans were too small. We went back to the cleaners & told the owner so the owner measured them. Found out his pants went from a 38x34 to a 38x31. The owner told my husband that their machine was down & had to send them to a local cleaners to get them cleaned. The cleaners they took them too is the one we normally go to pepper square. The guy told my husband they were going to try & stretch them. They tried several times & finally shiraz, the owner of Green cleaners, basically said there's nothing else they could do they also told them they couldn't reimburse our money because they don't do business that way. So I called & he basically stated we cannot proof they shrunk them he said he didn't measure them when we brought them. This man refused to even refund us back the money we paid to clean them. So we're out of about $240 plus we have to buy my husband new jeans. He took his pants to a different cleaners without even asking was it ok first of all & basically admitted to making a mistake by trying to fix them. Do not take your clothes to this place because he will not take care of them & when he mess them up he will blame it on you! We have always had those pants dry cleaned with no problem & we use Green Cleaners for the 1st time & they ruin my husbands pant! Terrible way to do business. This will be posted in every social media site I can think of.
