I chose this dental office because it was close by the home, when I call the receptionist did give me a little background on Mr. Duc Doan. After receiving that information, I feel like this will be perfect close to the house and I wouldn’t have to drive so far. I felt like he was prejudiced racist, and he stereotype me by making a derogatory statement “ that he worked in a poor neighborhood where people didn’t take proper care of their teeth”. I felt that he should have not made that statement to me, I have perfectly good strong teeth and none of them are missing. I felt very uncomfortable and the atmosphere was not welcoming, I feel like when you’re talking to your patient you have to choose your words wisely, and make sure you deliver it in a professional way. I left unhappy angry upset and in tears because of the way that I was treated, my blood pressure was higher than normal. Very unsatisfied patient, I will never step foot in that office again.

Everyone was very professional. I felt I was in good hands with everyone working to make me feel very relieved in my dental choices. They did not make me feel embarresed because of how I had let my teeth go. I am confident these are the people I need to keep my mouth/teeth healthy.
