WORST dental office EVER! The short chick who's staffing sucks, is extremely rude, and is very impatient. So the office staff isn't good.

I broke off a tooth due to grinding my teeth at night. Well I went and made an appointment. They filled it in instead of putting a crown on. I found out that a crown was needed when I had multiple cavities around having a crown. Couldn't get any worse? Well it can. They offered to do the fillings and I could do the crown elsewhere (another story in itself about their ridiculous insurance policies), but then they backed out and lied. They said that they didn't even detect the cavities! So first they do the wrong thing (I went to another dentist and they said they were wrong) and create more problems instead of solving them (pricey problems as well) and then they call me a liar.



Please don't go to them. I thought they were fine for a while, but I will NEVER go back.

I've had nothing but bad experiences with this office. The MIDGET receptionist is horrifically rude and just plain unpleasant. You don't even have to be rude to her, she's always been rude. I had to reschedule my appointment and she was very bitchy about it. Like it's so hard to re-enter a name on a computer. I've had to stand in their waiting room since there's only six chairs available and wait an hour and a half to even get into a chair! I got my teeth cleaned and the dental hygienist rushed and cleaned my teeth in less than five minutes so she could go out to eat with her friend. Again, WORST dental office EVER!
