My claim but never gave a response I had to keep calling just to see if they received the email and was then told they had 60 days to review it. It's been over 60 days so I finally got someone to answer the phone and was told this business actually was closed down for a little but now up and running again. Well Jeff still hasn't returned my email or call!! I would never use or recommend them again!!!!!!!

We had a horrible experience with this company. - They showed up several hours late - I requested 2 people to pack and move. 4 showed up, come to find out 2 of them were not employees of the company but relatives of the 2 that was requested -They tell you they use only their employees, the truth is they contract anyone with a large truck -They scratched numerous pieces of furniture. Also left a box marked refrigerator in our garage -I cannot get them to respond to e-mails or phone calls regarding damaged items -Movers did not finish moving my stuff, at 11 PM advised their truck was not large enough and I would have to pay extra for the 2nd trip. I specifically gave a list to the company of all my items. They assured me the truck sent out would be large enough -Workers left and tried to charge me more than the quoted price, I showed them the quote print out given to me by the company and advised them to take it up with their office that I was not paying them more. DO NOT USE!

This company will be nice to you at first but if anything goes wrong then they are the rudest people. I had two places to pick stuff up at and take to my new place and after the first place was finished the truck that was being used broke down, which was a third party in which they didn't tell me that they use. They said that they would get another truck and then be able to finish. Well 7 hours later and after many phones that I had to make because no one from that company bother to call me and let me know what was going on they finally showed up at the second place and we didn't get down until 10:30 at night and we started at 10 that morning. When I ask for a discount all the owner keep telling me was how much this was costing him he had no concern about what it has cost me and the people that where there to help me. Jeff the owner yelled at me and was very rude. In regards to the payment again they didn't tell me that the 3hr min. was supposed to be paid upfront so I had to use my card instead of cash. Then a few days later they charged my account again. I called them and they said that the first charge was a hold and it would drop off in a few days. Well after the charge that was suppose to be a hold cleared I called them and they refused to do anything until both cleared. Well the next day the second charge cleared and for a week after that I was unable to get any help. When I finally talked to the accounting person she had me fax in my bank info to prove that I was charge twice she said it wouldn't take long to get my money back. Well two days later and after one thing had bounced on my account I called her again and she told me that my money would be put back by midnight. The next day I looked at my account and the money wasn’t there and another thing had bounced. Also a couple of the reps that I talked to trying to get my money back said that this happens all the time. So don't use this company they are the worst company ever. They are rude and have no idea how to run a business. Oh yea and they steal your money!
