Placed an order through the drive thru today, and as I proceeded to the 2nd window I had a very poor experience with a more than unprofessional black older woman employee. She snapped at me when she read my order off incorrectly then when I corrected her she continued with the attitude. She is obviously in the wrong line of business or needs to be put in the back not dealing with customers. Someone else handed me my food, and then she gave me my drink and told me not to roll my eyes at her. I will never return to any golden chick again, and I highly advise anyone else not to either. If these are they types of employees they have representing their company they do not value customer service.
