Very poor experience. Very unfriendly customer service experience in the wig section. As a rule I never buy or support any store that provides a terrible customer service experience no matter how good the price or the selection of merchandise. Customers have the greatest buying power when they choose not to buy from a store that cares not about the customer or how they are treated. From my car I searched other beauty supply stores in the area and headed directly to K Beauty Supply, 3420 K Ave, which was less than 5 minutes away. I was greeted and assisted like a customer and not like a criminal. I was assisted by Ajumma Julie and she was genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed and was patient and pleasant the entire time. THANK YOU!!! K BEAUTY SUPPLY

Excellent customer service, you can find whatever you want in this shop...love it. Best wig - this place is like fantasy island.
