We had a very disappointing experience. Our sat phone wasn't properly set up and it took DAYS for them to correct this issue. Also, we had ordered a minutes package - which there was no way we'd be able to use all the minutes once they finally fixed the phone. When asked to provide a fair refund - they only issued a very small refund...about $30! Horrible customer service!

Has a lot of features which will be most beneficial as soon as we learn to use them. Is an easy program to enter information into for forms and hopefully the longer we use it the more efficient we will become. Such as the feature of creating a template from a form instead of what we did which was to do it over and over again, and not recognizing the way to save it online.

Very simple to use and create your own invoice for your company and you can e-mail to your client from the same site that also provides a security code for the receiver to access your invoice and you receive a notice when they do

love the concept it still trying o figure out how it woks

its good for soldiers. Hopefully everyone use this for there future in a military. Need to updated some of the stuff in leaders book please.
