Fast, competent, fair. They picked up my Tahoe on Thursday afternoon for a full rebuild. Got the qoute, the truck was ready Friday afternoon but was unable to pick it up until Saturday morning. They found some issues not coversed in the estimate and just fixed them at no additional charge. Would I go back mist definitely, do I think I will need to, other than fluid and filter changes. .not at all

These people are very professional and they stand behind their work. The number of satisfied customers and volume of work speaks for the quality work this shop believes in.

As for incomplete work and unhappy customers, talk is cheap when everyone knows the BBB and civil law are for the consumer.

The worse shop ever!!! be aware people, and pass the voice to your family and friends. Is the worse experience i ever had.

Took my car they fixed in a week but the day i got it, i was able only to get home, my car was worse!!! they took it back and read this!!! he told me that i have to pay the tow truck!!!!!!! since i need my car i said okay, they had it for a month and a half and one day was one thing the other day an other. Its supposed to be a shop and they did not have employees and the ones they have did not find the problem in my car. After a month in a half i told the owner Mr. Rene i need my car i have had patience but i was having a hard time. He is supposed to be a christian but the way he act did not show any of that. The next day i got my car i had to pay a truck tow to take it to an other shop . When i was moving my car i notice that my car has a dent in the bomber,... they hit my car and they did not say anything. I did not want to say anything because they are the worse. I don't even know why he always said Dios le bendiga hermana, God bless you brother if he does not even has fear to God, because you don't do this to people.

So Pleaseeeee, don't go to this place and people having same experience spread the word to avoid nightmare to others.

I took my car over and waited for a response for 2 whole weeks. I tried calling several times and my call would go to voice mail or the fax machine would pick up and in saying all that, he didn't do anything to my car. He said he couldn't fix. It would have been better communication for him to have conveyed that information over to me.

If you want timely and quality service, this is the shop for you. I brought my vehicle in on Monday afternoon and got it back on Wednesday. These guy always stay busy!

Please disregard the statement listed above, i was not satisfied at first, but the company did fix my car, took longer than it should but di provide good work.

This place will take your money and keep your car. They lie and steal. Beware, I will be contacting the BBB, Attorney General and filing civil suit with the city and / or contacting attorney to get my money back. When I get my car back for the second time I will be taking it to another transmission to see what they did not fix on there 1028.00 complete over haul job. They took my money and still have my car going on 3 weeks, police say file a civil suit. Check with the BBB and Attorney General shortly today is 06/15/2010.
