DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE SCAMMERS! They wrongfully repossessed my car, after I made $700 in repairs on it and would not allow me to make my payment to them when I was trying to do so. Also they are stealing my property, as everything I own is locked inside the trunk of that car and they are not allowing me to have it back. I'm now going to have a repossession on my credit for a car that I was making payments on, paid for repairs, AND THEY ARE STEALING MY STUFF! SCAMMERS UNTIL THE END! ESPECIALLY ANGIE AND JOE, WHO ARE UNWILLING TO EVEN MAKE NOTES IN YOUR ACCOUNT WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO MAKE A PAYMENT!



On top of that the car they sold me could have blown up or caught on fire at any time. I was out of state on family matters and got stuck there for 3 weeks because I had to wait until I could afford to pay $700 to get the car fixed, because it was unsafe to drive back all the way to Texas. They are trying to deny this, but I have my receipt for payment of the repairs and they have a copy as well.

My credit isn't the greatest, but Miguel told me what I had to do to start to rebuild my credit. I've been at my job for a while and put down a good down payment I got into a nice truck.

You may have gotten financed, but you will not keep that beloved car very long before they come to repo it....mark my words....it will happen.....and when it does you will be like the other 100 or so other people pn her posted comments to let the public know this company is ran by a bunch of ignorant people, who will go to prison when they get caught....and they will because well you know karma!!!

Genesis Team was the only business that was willing to work with my credit. I've had my difficulties in the past, but now I'm working to rebuild my credit. I went to dealerships all over town before finding Genesis Team would actually work with me.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL ILLEGALLY REPOSSESS YOUR VEHICLE, REGARDLESS IF YOU ARE ON TIME WITH YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENTS. THEY WILL TELL YOU YOU HAVE 21 DAYS TO FIND ANOTHER FINANCE COMPANY OR PAY THE FULL CHARGE OF THE VEHICLE, THEN PLACE YOUR CAR FOR SALE PRIOR TO THE 21 DAYS BEING UP. THEY SOLD ME A VEHICLE THAT HAD A WOBBLY TIRE THAT SUPPOSEDLY PASSED INSPECTION BY THEM. THE SAME TIRE BROKE OFF OF THE REAR AXLE CAUSING OVER $6,000 IN DAMAGES TO BE REPAIRED BY ME. THE WHOLE TIME THE VEHICLE WAS IN THE SHOP, GENESIS DID NOT CALL TO GET THE STATUS OF THE CAR. CAR PAYMENTS WERE STILL PAID ON TIME REGARDLESS IF THE VEHICLE WAS IN THE SHOP FOR OVER A MONTH AND A HALF. FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB IF YOU HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF THIS COMPANY AS WELL AS CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL CONSUMER PROTECTION DEPARTMENT. DO NOT BE A VICTIM TO THIS COMPANY! KNOW YOUR RIGHTS AS A PAYING CUSTOMER!
