We were very impressed with Gem Reflections. My husband and I had been searching for a new wedding set for our anniversary. We had already been to several of the high-end commercial stores in the area. The service we received at Gem Reflections was incomparable. Kathy was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. The attention you receive at Gem is one of a kind!

I don't normally leave reviews for places etc but I felt compelled too after I saw the ridiculous negative review Sean left for this store. We have bought several items from Gem Reflections- both from Kathie and Lin - and I cannot say enough good things about them. Something just does not ring true with his statements at all. They spend so much time educating you about your purchase and we too were encouraged to comparison shop and did so. We found the scrupulous stores could not touch or were at best somewhat in line with Gem Reflections though none can compare to the individual attention you get with Kathie and Lin. I cannot help but wonder if there is more to Sean's story than he is sharing. I know how negative this sounds towards that reviewer but like I said, our experiences are just so vastly different and with this being a family operation- I sure hate to see good people hurt by someone taking advantage or trying to. I hope others reading these will take that into consideration ang try giving their business to small business owners- give them a chance at least! I won't be going anwhere else. They have even found a lovely ring for me that was not in stock at the time I went to look! Spent a lot of time helping us! Nothing but good things to say!!!!

I had a great experience at Gem Reflections when I bought my mom a very special pair of diamond and sapphire earrings . She wears them all the time and brags about them constantly. Kathie spent a great deal of time educating me on the quality of the stones (carats, cut, clarity...and cost!) and even encouraged me to comparison shop so I would feel confident about the quailtiy and the cost. I have no hesitation about buying from Gem Reflections again or referring my friends and family.

Excellent service!! My fiance and I heard about Gem Reflections from a previous customer. After talking to the owner, Kathy, on the phone, we decided to drive 6 hours and see if she could beat all the stores & websites we had looked at (and to see Dallas!). Gem Reflections went above and BEYOND our expectations. Kathy sat with us all afternoon explaining the differences in each diamond and the "4 C's". I bought my ring a week later from her & recieve compliments daily on my gorgeous diamond!! Even our lifelong local jeweler said he could not beat Gem Reflection's price for a diamond of such high quality. Appraised over double what we paid!!! Will continue to recommend this store for years to come. Hate watching my friends' fiances waste their money at the big jewelry chains (Zales, Kay, etc.), for diamonds of much lesser quality. Thank you Gem Reflections!!!

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! My fiancé and I bought a very expensive engagement ring from gem reflections. After visiting another jeweler we were informed that gem reflections had significantly misrepresented the quality of the diamond we purchased. We even had another jeweler confirm this information. After speaking with Kathy (owner of gem reflections) about the situation she informed me that she was under no legal obligation to do anything. She never even made an attempt to rectify the situation, even after we spent thousands on our ring. We are very disappointed and would not reccomend gem reflections to anyone.
