I called Frymire recently for service - had no heat upstairs. Record cold temperatures meant their schedule was busy, but because I am a contract customer, I was able to get priority service. Normally I request Mike, but a new technician (new to me) came. David was very polite and worked hard to fix my problem. His thoroughness was impressive and I would not mind David servicing my home if Mike is not available. Kudos to Frymire for their prompt response!

Frymire Services, Inc. What a joke this firm is! I have a service contract on a unit that was installed in April 2005. The condenser fan motor on this Trane unit froze. After diagnosing the problem for $49, they were to order the part and install the next day. Its a fan motor! Did they call to tell me the status; NO! Did they get the part in in-time to install it the next day; NO. Its August in the DFW area. It's an Emerson Fan Motor K55HXJPM-9251 that probably's available at Grainger's. Then, they want another $89 to install the fan motor that is under Trane's manufacturer's Warranty. Even after this needless delay. I'm looking for another Trane dealer! And sweating! You think I'm going to renew this service contract!
