I moved back in December 2013....

I moved back in December 2013. Just haven't gotten around to writing my review. And probably put it off for so long because itw as such a bad reminder of that day in December. If I could give this moving company no stars I would.

So I was actually given a free two hour move from my apartment locator with this company. I scheduled my move 2 months in advance. Erick educated me that the apartment locator only pays for 2 hours so anything additional i would pay out of my pocket. Also, that there would be a gas charge depending on how far it was.

So back to the actual move. I called Erick 2 days before the actual move to confirm since I had heard nothing. I educated him that I need him to be on time at 9 am because my sister has a graduation later that day at 2 pm. He says that's no problem.

I get a call from Erick ten minutes before 9 stating that his group is finishing up a move from the night before in Frisco and will be a few minutes late. (complete crock) 30 minutes go by. I call him and ask what is up. He says hold on let me find out and will call me back.(Waking up friends or what) Calls me back to say they just finished and will be heading my way.

An hour goes by, I call again. They just finished their job in Mckinney and heading my way. (I thought they just finished the job in Frisco from the night before. ) This guy obviously was full of it. He says worst case scenario he will grab a truck and come move me himself.

I call the apartment locator losing my mind. She tells me this is so interesting because I am the 3rd client of hers to complain about them. And she actually has an interview in an hour with a new moving company(ironic....) Long story short she tells me that she will reimburse me whatever costs I have to pay.

Finally him and what seemed like his little brother show up at 12. 3 hours late. We moved everything to my new apt. As they are bringing in my mattress I notice this orange crap all over the corner. Ask Erick what this is he says rust must of dripped off the top of the truck. (Didn't know rust was a liquid) He says it might of mixed with water from the top of the truck. I was so annoyed at this point that I just wanted it over. After were all done he comes to me and says that will be $90. For what?!?! Gas plus the extra hour he says. I lose it by now. You were 3 hours late and you want me to pay the full amount? Finally I gave him my credit card. Never got my receipt emailed as he said I would.

I missed my sisters graduation and was left with a disgusting looking corner on my mattress. I got reimbursed by the apartment locator who said she will never use them again for any of her clients since it is a bad reflection on her business. (Could of told me this a week before my move, I would of paid for my own move)

I don't think I have ever been so dissatisfied with a service in my entire life. So unprofessional and did such a crappy job. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD!

Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

This actually has taken me awhile to write due to not having down time, but here I am to give this moving company a well deserved 5 star. Eric and his crew were very helpful and great. I only knew I was moving out a few days before I actually moved and didn't have time to pack. When the crew came, all my stuff were everywhere and they helped boxed it and were very careful. They made sure I didn't forget anything and also put some stuff out to throw out. When we got to the new house, some of the stuff were mixed up and had to move to another room but they gladly did it, even though it was a three story house.

Overall, great people to work with and great price. If I had to move again(I really hoping i don't..) I would definitely have these guys come back.

This place was awful. A few days in advance, my wife called and scheduled an appointment with them for a Saturday afternoon. They agreed to do the move and would arrive between 5pm-6pm. A few hours before the move, we called to verify that we still had our appointment, and Eric assured us that things were still set. At 6:15pm (15 minutes after the time window), my wife called and got no answer. At 6:30, I called and spoke to Eric. He indicated that the crew was just wrapping up a job and would be on their way soon (from Downtown Dallas to Plano). I called again at 8pm, left a message and got no answer or a return phone call. At 10:30pm, we received a call saying they were done in Dallas and asked if we still wanted them to move us...SEVERAL hours later than agreed upon. We passed.

When I was told that the crew was wrapping up and was about to be on their way, I was lied to. Furthermore, not even calling as a courtesy to say, "Sorry, we'll be a little (5 hours) late" is even worse. We called some more movers who we found on Craigslist that came on short notice the next morning, and charged less than what Front LIE movers quoted us - most importantly, this other company showed up and kept in touch. If you're considering Front Line Movers, keep looking...

We used Front Line to move our...

We used Front Line to move our 4 bedroom appartment to a smaller two bedroom and put items in storage. The movers showed up to pack on time, actually 15 minutes early! (which is unusual in past moving experiences) They were professional and hard working. They had to pack my china cabinet, which they took extreme care of. They took stuff appart and put it back together. I am very pleased with the level of service that Front Line provided. They exceeded our expectation on delivery. They showed up on time for delivery and nothing was broken or damaged. I recommend using Front Line!

frontline is a crock

I hired frontline movers to move my furniture and appliances and they scratched my furniture up and then installed my refrigerator that they did not tighten up and cause flood damage to my home. Now I am sueing them for 9,000.00. They have not accepted responsibility but I have had a certified plumber, carpet installer, and drywall inspector advise me that if the guy would have tighten the screw on the refrigerator connector to the faucet that I would not have had these problems. Please, never use these guys. They will not own up to their mistakes. I am begging you not to use them.
