Went to buy a chevy pickup there and i am sure I knew more about the truck than the salesman. I think he might have been a beginner because he really was clueless about the engine and transmission. It turned out to be a great truck.

we are not happy with this dealership and wish we could have done business elsewhere! we have just about run out of patience with this place! we have yet to receive our license plates for a car we purchased in september, each time we call we never get an answer or get misinformed and they never return phone calls! at this point we are so frustrated!

Trustworthy! I just wanted to tell how impressed we were with the sales staff. Pete Mendoza was so accommodating in helping us in buying our HHR. He even let me drive it home to make sure the front end didn't scrape on our inclined driveway .There wasn't a black one in stock so Pete went and picked one up from another dealer .I'm sure most people don't enjoy the negotiation process but between Pete, Chris and myself we came to terms that I think everyone felt they had achieved a good deal (I know I do). Financing with Giovanni seemed to happen in a timely fashion and he was very thorough in explaining all the paperwork necessary to complete the deal, he can read those contracts upside down! Last but not least Chris Malone gave us hands on instructions on all the bells and whistles that came on our car. She is such a fast talker but not in a bad way and made us feel at ease with our purchase. I've already received several follow up calls to make sure everything is working properly

Smooth process! Friendly staff was helpful when I really needed help in getting a car, and I appreciate the coordination between the service staff and the sales staff in making this transition from broken car to a new car as smooth as possible.

I came in on Saturday to have some service done and was blown away at how wonderful and professional they treated me. Ive been to several dealerships since moving to Texas and none of them were anything like Friendly Chevrolet. Natalie Solis was very friendly and helpful at the cashier desk, I was able to enjoy coffee and breakfast which was delicious and even the cook treated me so nice and friendly. Dan Sotelo was very helpful, professional and the way the entire Friendly staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and the job was done correctly. I had never had service like this before and will refer everyone I know to Friendly and yall have gained my business. I could not express enough how happy I was with the experience at Friendly Chevrolet!
