I called 3 other towing company's in the area and they all almost immediately made me feel like I was "bugging" them..and I thought they were priced too high as well...I decided to try one more...I am so glad I did! Absolutely A+ #1 - Quoting process was very simple and I was so impressed with Cori who answered the phone and quoted me, I immediately scheduled the tow. Great pricing!! I knew I had found a great tow company! The driver was very prompt and courteous - Really a cool guy. I don't need a tow often, but when I do I know exactly who i'm calling! Do yourself a favor and look no further than Franks Towing!!

This is BY FAR the best towing company I have ever used! Prompt and right on time when it comes to cost and service!! I will ALWAYS use them in the future. You can trust them and they are very professional with great flat bed trucks that are nice and new! I know tow truck drivers always get a bad rap, but trust me when it comes to your cars, these are the people to call!

On November 30, 2011 Driver Dually in loading $12,000 SNAPON toolbox and supplemental box damaged the SNAPON box by bending the wheel upon winching the box upon truck. When the box was finally loaded on flatbed truck the second box was latched to the other box and damaged both boxes. When I called the owner Frank he came out and looked at the box, accepted responsibility and stated he would pay for the damages in the sum of $700. He paid $100 of the balance then stated that he did not have any money and would pay the balance later. Today January 19, 2012. Frank stated that he said he would not pay for damages to box even though he agreed to damage by his company, and agreed to pay the sum of $700. A towing company that does not take responsibility for the damages done by the company. I want payment for the sum of that he agreed to pay.

Arrived before agreed meeting time, did not charge extra even after having to go to second location 10 miles farther away. Transported me & vehicle & offered to drop me off at home. Able to use credit card.
