The worst experience ever dealing with this company. I called them to put together a booth for a trade show. I called and described exactly what I wanted, but then had to wait 3 weeks for a call back. By that time it was too close to my show to use them. I ended up having to build my own booth because of them. But low and behold, when the trade show comes around, another vendor had hired them to create their booth, and Four Seasons STOLE MY DESIGN AND USED IT FOR THIS OTHER CUSTOMER!!!. It was my exact idea, down to the text I had come up with for signage. Then the owner, Theresa, had the nerve to approach me while I was setting up and tried to get an attitude with me, claiming I had only called her for pricing, and that somehow made it okay that she never called me back for 3 weeks. No, I called to have them create my booth. She even tried to use the excuse that she wanted to spend more time with her grandchildren, and that was why she hadn't gotten back to me in a timely manner. Not sure how that explains her stealing my design, but I will make sure everyone know exactly how Four Seasons Decorations treats their potential customers. Extremely disappointed. If you want your booth done right and don't want your ideas stolen, go somewhere else.
