Lived here for 5 yrs. Management is always constantly changing. Problems with sprinklers flooding my apartment, windows broken from kids playing. Maintenance will usually come same day, but they always say they must come back to finish up and never do unless you have plenty of time to spend to continually call them to finish what they are supposed to do. The city has been out more times than I can count to fix water main pipe problems. Had the hardest time trying to moveout, even though I gave notice( twice because the first one magically disappeared), and they would still tell inquiring apartments that i had not and would not sign the rental verification forms. And how stupid they must have felt when I had the new apartment community, send them the copy I had showing that I did.
