We (FonAngle) just came across your review now and would like to respond.
We are very puzzled by your review as there is no person with your name listed on our system. Furthermore, your claims are confusing as well given that 95% of all support calls are answered in under 2 minutes. Lastly, in regards to up-time we consistently maintain our SLA promise of 99.99% uptime.
We would be very happy to speak with you in between the hours of 8AM - 8PM EST. I am sure we can get this misunderstanding sorted out.

Provided by YP.comTerrible service. Phone lines down half the time, and can't reach support when I need them. All I get is a voicemail box.
