AWESOME!!!! that sums up my experiences with Charles/Lori (?). This is my "go to florist" they actually listen to what you want and do everything in their power to make it as you specify...You get your money's worth; no skimpy embarrassing arrangements sent out! Very accommodating and helpful, even if you don't know exactly what you want they will give you suggestions! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!

My wife recently obtained a job in the area and I like to send her flowers at work. I found that they were nearby so have used them two times. Both times they delivered an awesome bouquet and the price was outstanding. I will NEVER use FTD again after seeing how much more bang for the buck I can get here. They are wonderful. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Flowers were delivered two days late. They were dead when my mom got them and the manager at the store was super rude!!! They tried to say someone signed for the flowers , but they just left them on the door step without ringing the door bell . I would never order flowers from them again.

Flowers were delivered late, left in the hot sun, wilted, manager was rude when I called, I will never recommend them, worst florist in DFW! DO NOT USE, hopefully FTD will remove them for their service.
