Newly built apartment complexes offering 1-2 bedroom and 1-2 bathroom set ups. Situated in a transitional area . Conveniently near to I-75 and dowtown Dallas.



The amenities is complete like swimming pools, business center, and gym.



On the other hand, the sound proofing of each unit is poor. Especially if one is situated on the 1st or second floor. You could hear your neighbors' heavy footsteps especially in the late hours of the night. Management cannot do anything about this despite several complaints that you could submit.



Its nice to have the pool view. But during summer, pools rules are not well observed. Some tenants would party late and disturb your sleep. Thus, avoid choosing this attraction.



The garage is well gated yet there has been several car brake in during my one year stay.Hence, never leave anything valuable for theives to be tempted.



Do hope management will focus on this issues for tenants to enjoy their stay on this complex.
