We have used Fitness Service of North Texas for 17 years and have always been totally satisfied with their performance. Their expertise and knowledge of equipment allows them to complete the job quicker and at a reasonable cost. Thank you Fitness Service of North Texas for everything you do for us.

My experience with Fitness Sevice of NT was nothing but positive. The came out and assessed a problem with my elliptical and found a proken internal part. Although my elliptical had just fallen out of warranty 2 months prior, they made the case to the manufacturer that it was a faulty part, and got the part replaced at no charge. My second trip was just to install the part and that service fee. Very reasonable charges. They were even early on both appts. I highly recommend

Their Scheduler "Bill" is a real loser with a horrible attitude. The techs are pretty nice and know what they are doing but that guy is really a JERK. I don't know who owns this company but they are going to lose a lot of business not only because the recession but even more because they didn't fire this toad.

Their scheduler "Bill" is incredibly rude and unprofessional. What a jerk. I don't know if I'd do business with them ever again since the owner must be getting complaints on this guy and leaves him in there to further abuse customers.

Owner said I was black balled because I was not satisfied with him not finishing the job but wanted more money before he would put my equipment back together again. Buyer beware.
