I went up there last tuesday to get some info on my car. They had to send something to Louisiana which they informed me would be 2-3 days. Today is wednesday and after a whole week still no word so i told them i wanted a refund. They said to bring my card and it would be done. So i get up there and the lady has a whole attitude. She threw the pen down for me to sign a receipt which she also slammed down, then threw my copy of the receipt on the bar. I told her to lose her attitude because it's not my fault i want a refund because y'all not doing your job. She then continued to say something under her breath during i had the attitude. I asked the lady with red hair did i have a attitude when i asked for a refund but she ignored me. I told them to be more direct with time and she told me to get my ass out. Yes those words exactly. So i left out and left the door open which she slammed after i made it to my car. I was referred here and im a little upset i let a week pass with no info then to be treated like that. I will NEVER refer anyone here and i will always try and stop people from doing business here.
