I called for a quote and provided accurate information in order to get a fixed price. Gave VIN numbers for vehicles, accident/ticket information (correct dates), etc. EVERYTHING! The price they gave me over the phone was great. I get there and it changed BIG TIME over $200 difference. My mom had her insurance there and they never got anything right the first time! The are slow to return calls- once they get your business ...basically stay away from Lignell Insurance. I ended up getting higher limits, better coverage, and the best customer service at another agency. It was WAY cheaper than what they were asking. DON'T BUY INSURANCE FROM HERE!,
