I do NOT like being lied to. I have a very strong prescription, and having the glasses made correctly is Very critical. There are three measurements Base Curve, Optical Center and Pupillary Distance.

Stopped here end of March for new glasses. First time the base curve and OC was wrong. Store offered to fix them - over 4 weeks ago. Had to call to check on order, was told they'd call me right back, took 4 DAYS. I asked them to verify the BC, OC & PD. Was told would be 5 minutes. 4 DAYS later was told lens were ready. Stopped by today. BC was good but mgr didnt know how to read the meter. Right lens PD was centered on the EDGE of my pupil (instead of center). Mgr lied & tried to tell me it was good. I may have been willing to give them a chance to fix it, but when the mgr lied to get me to accept lens that would cause eye strain, headaches &loss of focus (yes, this has happened before), that was it. The mgr at least refunded me for the glasses - but they have lost my business forever.
