The good news is that if you are looking for a management company that cost less then you’ve found the right company. The bad news is that if you are looking for a property management company that isn’t worth a dime that you pay them then you have also come to the right place. To say that this management company is the least competent management company I have ever dealt with is putting it lightly. Everything that they handle is a total fiasco, everything that they tell me is wrong and everything that they do is not for the benefit of the residents. They don’t handle HOA billing very well, they don't respond to the requests of the residents, they don’t have a clear understanding of the by-laws for my community or the competence to comprehend the by-laws that they should be following. Sometimes I wonder what they are doing if anything. It's not unusual to visit their office and find no one there. If you want a bargain basement management company then you will get bargain basement service from this company. I don't know how they chose their name because they don't excel at anything and they don't manage.
