I had Everclear service my pool water heater in October 2008 via my home warranty company. I explicitly asked them to come when I am at the house so I could discuss problems with technician - they never even paid attention to my request and never let me know that they are at the property. All their concern was that I pay them warranty co-pay without any conditions or questions. After I refused they lied to my warranty company that my heater is not coverable due to improper connection to pool computer system - it took me another 2 months to clear this out with home warranty to get my heater back covered. Never use this company.
