When we dropped of our rental car we forgot our computer bag in the back seat as we left for the airport. Once we realized what happened we went back to the rental site and the car had already left for another site. The woman who was working at the site was able to track down the driver of the car and she had our computer sent to us the very next day. We were quite relieved and appreciated her customer service so much. Wish I could remember her name to give her kudos!

It was a busy weekend and we were given quick service and it was easy. Our car was great and it was a simple return. Buses took us to and from the airport easily! I will definitely use them again! We got a great deal booking ahead of time.

Renting the cars is fine. Unfortunately, this company persistently and obnoxiously asks its customers to provide reviews. How lame. They even want me to "join YP" to post the review. Talk about unwanted harrassment! Not only that, they expect you to remember the address of their location at the airport. Who can, or cares to, remember the address of an airport car rental center.

The service I received was very professional and there was no long line and wait time to receive the vehicle was less than 10 minutes after arriving to pick up vehicle. The car that was assigned fitted the needs of all that were traveling with me.

The staff was very friendly and booking was easy. The vehicle was clean, except for a bottle and a package of bbq sauce in the back seat. We were in and out of there very quickly. Maybe too quickly - the gentleman that walked us out to our car never showed us how to operate it. I didn't even know how to start it - keyless. Panel said Navigation, but not sure what that was or how to turn it on. Never having been to Texas before I was hoping it was GPS. Maybe it was. Didn't know how to turn the lights on or the wipers. Drop off was quick and easy and the price was reasonable. Overall it was a good experience, once I figured out on my own how to operate the car.

Great service, easy booking on web site, very friendly when checking in to pick rental.
