Finally had to turn heat on last night, been crossing my fingers for past few yrs. hoping my old furnace will keep hanging in there. Well it would not start up for me last night. Called by trusted buddy who always knows the best service guys to use and he came through again with Efficient Home Solutions. I was sure they would tell me I had to replace it, they did recommend replacing it, but gave me several options to consider even had financing. In the end I asked them just to fix it, they did a great job and gave me time to continue considering replacing it by allowing me to use my repair cost to apply to the replacement system if I change my mind. Very considerate.
