Please NEVER consider this place for anything automotive. Worst service I have ever had. I've had my oil changed here once, and the service was mediocre.

But.. had my front brake pads and rotors replaced (they told me rotors needed to be replaced, but by Firestone mechanic opinion, they did not!), and after they finished there was a super loud clunking noise in the front of my car they REFUSED TO FIX. Even though the problem appeared only right after they tampered with it!

The manager was belligerent and interruptive with no interest for customer care and satisfaction. I filed a complaint with their headquarters and the Better Business Bureau.

Take your business elsewhere. I am.

BEWARE, BEWARE. There are a LOT of bad reviews for this place. Wish I had seen them before I took my 09 Honda civic in two days ago for repair. Picked it up later that day and parted with $1500 for new a/c compressor, water pump, timing belt, new battery, etc. The next morning it was completely dead. they came and jumped it off and said I must have left a light on. I didn't think so but drove it to work. Went to start it after work and completely dead again. To cut to the chase, I've had it jumped off FIVE times in the last two days. Took it in today and they got it working. Picked it up and A/C doesn't blow cold. Taking it back tomorrow. Now after reading reviews here and other sites by people who feel they were taken advantage of I regret ever taking my car there. Who knows if it needed $1500 of work done? If I can just get it fixed after paying all this money, I will NEVER go back.

This place is the worst I've ever encountered. The staff here have no idea with they are doing. One simple oil change turned into a nightmare will not be back here again. I will not recommend this shop to go to for any repairs.
