If you are thinking if having your rental property managed by Ebby Halliday, stop that thought. Execution of their rental management group (team of two and an accountant) is worthless, unprofessional, and of poor managerial capabilities, namely communication. If you want to micromanage your management company then you've found the right business. But who on Earth would want that headache? Please consider other options before choosing Ebby Halliday rental property (leasing) management. I have had to pull teeth to get them to collect rent and late fees on numerous occassions.
