Well for starters... Lisa Hope was fabulous. This is the 2nd purchase we have made from Driversselect and have been lucky enough to work with Lisa both times. There is never any waiting around or wondering when the ball will drop. Everything is taken care of the way it is supposed to be.

I mean if ya'll want to give us massages while we wait to sign the paperwork that would be fine. lol

With all the people out there trying to screw customers over, it is really refreshing to have a place you know you can get a good honest deal from and that is why we will continue to do business with ya'll! Thanks!

Everything was really great. I am mad at myself for not putting down a deposit on the car I originally saw on the website. When I got to ready to come in and buy David told me that somebody had already bought my car and I was heartbroken. I told David to call me if he found something that he thought I would like and he did. I am really happy with my car now and so glad I got to work with someone as nice and patient as David Davis.

I have wanted to brag about Gene and Sammy tosomeone, even Steven who signed my paperwork. Everyone there was unbelievablyhelpful! I had worked with Gene on over the phone and really liked him. When Igot to the dealership Gene was still helping some other customers so Sammystepped in and took care of me and he was awesome! I got a approved throughCapitol one but I appreciate Gene and Sammy getting this done cause I have hada rough couple of years through losing my job and I know it wasn't easy butthey did it! I love that I was able to select a car from the web, the all the approval via internet. I just came in and test drove the car and signed papers. This really was made easy everything was great and I wouldn’t change a thing. THANKS!

I would like to take a moment to brag on my salesman Kevin Keough who made my car buying experience a stress free one. In the past I have viewed purchasing a car the equvalent of going to the dentist....I truly hated it. On 12.9.11 I went to your website and did a online chat session with Mr. Keough. I had no idea that I was chatting live with the actual salesman who would be assisting me on the lot. Needless to say he was very friendly, supportive and helpful with my decision making process. He answered all my questions and was very respectful. Not one time did I feel haggled or pressured at all to purchase a vehicle, and when I changed my mind about the particular vehicle that I wanted he did not hesitate to get the ball rolling in the right direction to get me in that car. I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord from your lot AFTER going to Vandergriff Honda on the same day but leaving there feeling totally violated. I have been nothing short of

I recently had the pleasure to purchase a 2009 Honda Accord from Drivers Select. Nic was my sales person and he was awesome! Although we encountered a couple of bumps with the transaction, Nic treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Every establishment should have a "Nic" onboard and their businesses would soar!

Update: Happily, Rosie in Customer Service has since taken care of my complaint & has worked hard to resolve the issues with company sales training, policies, and other steps.



Original complaint: Misrepresent minor damage (less than $1000) turned out the whole front had been crashed. Way over $1000, and had to pay for other repairs as a result that cropped up soon after.

We recently purchased a Lincoln MKX from Drivers Select and I feel compelled to commend you on your sales staff and in particular Steven Gayle. I had visited several dealerships without my husband and was discouraged from buying from any of them due to their hard sell technique and aggressive sales staff. My husband had heard your advertising on The Ticket radio station so we went to your site and we found the perfect vehicle for me. We came to your facility to view and test drive, we were warmly greeted by Steven and we told him exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately that particular vehicle was not yet ready and available so Steven offered another MKX for us to test drive. The test drive confirmed that we did indeed want to purchase the unavailable MKX and we had told Steven that our intention was to purchase that day but not once did he try to re-direct us to a different vehicle in order to make the sale on that day, instead he explained your "Recon" process and offered to monitor the vehicle and advise us immediately upon it's release.



Before meeting Steven we had decided that if that vehicle was not available we were moving on the the Lincoln dealership where we had found another MKX in our price range available immediately but after working with Steven and directly due to his courteous manner and soft sell style, we were so impressed that we lost all interest in visiting another dealership.



When we went in to pick up the vehicle Steven again impressed us, he had another vendor arrive while we were waiting for paperwork to be completed and he insisted on remaining with us rather than leaving us alone to go and attend to the other prospective buyer. He also followed up with my husband to see how I was enjoying the vehicle a few days after we had driven off your lot.



In closing, I must say that Steven was directly responsible for our sale and we will at any given opportunity, highly recommend DriversSelect.com and particularly Steven as a salesman. If your train all your sales staff the way you have trained Steven we see nothing but success for you in the future and we will certainly be repeat customers.

Looking for a car is both exciting & exhausting. I had been to almost every dealership

within a 20 mile radius, literally & after my search I could not find even one car that I

would possibly go back to. Not that I’m that picky, but you have to be when it comes

to a car, & depending on the price, mileage, & interest rate. I mean your going to be

stuck with it so it better be worth it right? Well I had seen the Driver Select commercials

advertising all the time, & that tune was always stuck in my head “Driver Select is

there for me, there for me, there for me….” So I figured I’d go online, & do a littler

research before I took the drive out there. I went online which was so easy to navigate

& actually searched the vehicles that they had in stock at their location, which included

the mileage, price, & pictures of inside, & outside of the vehicles. I don’t have a lot of

time since I work so much so with that capability to just get online & search, & narrow

down the types of cars I was interested in was so helpful. I also was able to fill out a

credit application & not too long after that, I received a call back from a customer service

representative that was able to assist me & answer all my questions. When I arrived at the

Dealership, everyone was absolutely wonderful. You weren’t just a sale or commission

to them. T hey did strive to do whatever they could to get me approved & drive off

with what I wanted. To top it off, the sticker price of the vehicle I was purchasing was

amazing about $5-$7000 cheaper, than other dealers in the area. Now tell me is that a

great deal or what! So Thank you Mike Hungaski & Rosie Hernandez & everyone else

who assisted in helping me get a great car. I will definitely be doing business with Driver

Select, for all future vehicle purchases.

Just bought a 2005 Ford Explorer today, and I am loving my new car. Jamie Loftin was my salesman and he did an awesome job of finding me the kind of car I was looking for and making sure that it was all checked out real good for any problems. He also made sure that everything was fixed and the car was cleaned before he let me take it off the lot. I Purchased a car with (I think the salesman’s name was Kevin Keough) I bought that Cadillac XLR and lemme just say he’s a GREAT guy to work with I cant say enough good things about him he was wonderful! I love my car!
