Pretty unbelievable. I just called to reschedule an appointment and was told the doctor would not see me because I had to cancel a few weeks back (one appointment). Funny, I've never seen the doctor and had to cancel due to an infectious disease that would not allow me to be seen by the doctor. When I questioned the receptionist she was SO RUDE! I'm pretty amazed that Dr. Bressler has that many patients and is that arrogant that he can not accommodate for people falling ill. I mean I could have brought a Dr's note if that would have helped. I wouldn't more than give him $2.00 to see me, and I will make sure that it is well known that his staff and practice are not worth anyone's efforts.



I am not only a faithful patient and always ontime but I even have insurance and money to pay! Glad to know Dr. Bressler's practice is thriving.



I've truly never been more disappointed in a Doctor or his staff. How unbelievably rude. Can I mention that I offerred to come in on the day I cancelled and the receptionist said no, please do not - we would rather you reschedule!

terrible service and staff is rude. Office opens at 8:30AM and staff didn't answer until 9:30AM. Great doctor but staff is very unprofessional.
