Our practice is committed to bringing the most advanced technology to our patients. Dr. Jacobs utilizes Digital Retinal Screening, which provides computerized photographs of the retina. Besides making sure your eyes are healthy today, the photographs of your retina are stored as a baseline for monitoring future change in your eyes. Other instrumentation includes Frequency Doubling Visual Fields Testing and computerized Visual Fields Analysis, Corneal Topography, Auto Refraction and Auto Keratometry.  

Dr. Jacobs is a licensed Therapeutic Optometrist and treats conditions such as eye infections, glaucoma and foreign body removal. Dr. Jacobs co-manages lasik and cataract surgery. Complete contact lens services are provided including multifocal and astigmatism, as well as other specialty type lenses.

Our selection of frames includes designer brands such as Versace, Calvin Klein, Michael Kors, Nike, Burberry, Ralph Lauren, Jai Kudo, Phat Farm, Baby Phat, Silhouette, and Bellagio are available.  

We are providers for vision plans such as Vision Service Plan (VSP), EyeMed, Superior Vision, Opticare and Vision Care Plan (VCP). We participate in medical plans such as Aetna, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Cigna, United Health Care and Medicare, as well as a participating member in the PHCS network.
