If you want to schedule a while you wait appointment for a two hour repair (their estimate not mine) only to wait 5 hours only to have your phone work not function correctly after overpaying for a glass replacement (they leave you smudges under the glass at no charge) this is definitely the company you would want to screw up your phone and have the privilege of being told that it is not their problem.
In order to be fair this nightmare occurred in their Frisco location
