I am 74 years old and widowed. I am very active and do not feel old, but when I look in the mirror I see a very old woman:(. A friend of mine said, 'Do something about it'. She sent me to Dr. Pruitt for a facelift consult. He was kind, patient and answered all my questions. I am now three weeks into my recovery and when Dr. Pruitt showed me my before photos, I did not remember looking so old. I like the new more youthful person I see in the mirror. The surgical team did a wonderful job and kept my daughter in the loop during my procedures.

I could not be happier with my facelift. Dr. Pruitt put me at ease with his smile, he did not make me feel rushed, and he patiently answered all my questions. He is definitely honest and I am grateful for that.

I am 62 years old and searched for a plastic surgeon for over 3 years. I was so happy to find Dr. Pruitt. I live out of state and traveled to Dallas for my consultations and surgery. It was so worth it! I could not be happier with my results and after having a facelift, neck lift, browplasty and upper and lower blepharoplasty. Dr. Pruitt is patient, professional and very kind. He is a wonderful surgeon. I liked his 'natural' approach. Even though they did not know I had surgery, my friends and family told me I looked younger and 'rested', which is just the result I wanted. Dr. Pruitt's nurse, Carolyn, is awesome. She was always available and very happy to help with any questions I had before and after surgery. Stephanie does a great job in the front office. I never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointments. You will be in very good hands with Dr. Pruitt and his wonderful staff. What a great experience!!

I would not go to any other plastic surgeon. Dr. Pruitt has been doing my restylane injections for years...not ready to pull the trigger on a facelift yet. Although 3 weeks ago he did a facelift on my sister and she looks amazing. She is so happy, which makes me happy-she deserves it. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby sister.

Extremely professional. Dr. Pruitt did an extraordinary job on my facelift. I was back seeing patients two weeks after my surgery. I had less downtime than I expected and the girls in the office were always happy and helpful.

My family lives in the Dallas area and highly recommended Dr. Pruitt for facial surgery. I live out of state and was concerned about the return home after the procedure if there was a problem. I consulted with Dr. Pruitt and immediately knew he was the one I wanted to perform my surgery-still a little concerned about the return home. The surgery went great and the office staff called to check on me regularly to see if I had questions and to see how I was progressing. Great experience.

So far my experience has been outstanding. Dr. Pruitt and his care team have been extremely kind and professional. It has been one week since my facelift surgery and the recovery has not been pretty easy. Very little discomfort, some swelling and bruising which I expected. I am very pleased with the result and care.

Doctor Pruitt and his staff were completely professional from start to finish! They provided me with lots of reading material and verbally explained the procedure with me. They also went over all the risks involved-which with surgery can always be scary-but must be done. Dr. Pruitt seems to be a conservative doctor, which worked for me, but I thought worth mentioning. The only thing I wish was expressed more was the recovery time. I thought that after a couple of weeks I would be well into my recovery, but its more like 3 months, and ultimately 12-18 months for a full recovery! I had a tummy tuck and breast implants done, and this kind of knowledge might change one's mind.

Dr. Pruitt and staff have helped me look years younger than my age. He performed a facelift and neck lift, and I am more pleased with the way my face and neck look than I ever thought possible. The beginnings of jowls had appeared and neck was loose and drooping. The staff are thorough instructions pre and postop. They provided excellent care. I trust this nice group of medical professionals for future procedures. In the meantime, I am enjoying my clean straight jawline.

Very caring, very professional staff. I felt like I was their #1 priority. Always willing to answer any questions and reassure me with any concerns.

It is a secure feeling to know that Dr. Pruitt is not going to make me look 'overdone'. I want to look the best I can, but I still want to look like me. If I come asking for a procedure and it will give me an improvement- Dr. Pruitt says yes, you are a good candidate. If I need to wait or I am going to look unnatural, he will not do the procedure. That is very reassuring to me.

The post-op expectations discussed with Dr. Pruitt prior to the surgery were met but exceeded. They were better than expected. My gynecologist told me I looked 20 years younger. Others asked if I would lost weight, gotten contacts, changed my hairstyle, but very few could detect I had cosmetic surgery. I love that I look like a better version of ME!

I love my nose-it's perfect! Dr. Pruitt could not have been nicer and his nurse held my hand throughout the process. I was so nervous the week before the splint came off. I told Dr. Pruitt all the things I did not like about my nose and he made all the changes I asked him to and I am so happy!

The staff was just amazing! Dr. Pruitt and staff are supportive and caring. I had issues with my schedule and the patient coordinator was always accommodating and nice. Dr. Pruitt was patient and answered my thousand questions. Great experience.

I was very impressed with Dr. Pruitt and his office staff. My consultation was very comprehensive. All my questions were answered, Dr. Pruitt was very respectful and not condescending. Then I met with his nurse and she showed before and after photos and gave me a well-rounded overview of the surgery, recovery, and fees.

I am VERY HAPPY with Dr. Pruitt and my liposuction results. The recovery was so much better than when I had it done in the late'80s. The ladies in the office are very efficient and professional.
