Just went here yesterday and it was great! Pizza was very good, drinks are decently priced and the service was great! We had a wonderful server named Jordan - she was amazing and made great recommendations from the menu. Great atmosphere for singles and families. Will be going back!

BEST CALZONE EVER!!!!

I heard of this new place opening up that offered pizza and calzones but not your typical pizza place. I went for lunch and was so glad I did! I had a calozone which was made right in front of me with all the fresh ingredients I chose. The dough was AMAZING, it was flavorful, crispy and light. I had it with the homemade marinara sauce and fell in love with the whole meal! I immediately started to think of all the different combinations i could have every time i eat here. The dining room was great, loved the decor and had cool music playing that was upbeat and fun! The staff was very friendly and helpful since i was new to the concept of the restaurant. I highly recommend this place for any food lover. I plan on next time bringing a couple friends with me and our own bottle of wine and making a night out of it! This area needed a place like this!!

Not California Pizza Kitchen but not too shabby

I stopped in yesterday with a group of co-workers on our lunch hour and it was all of ours first time their. The restaurant theme is cute, music selection is horrible. I would prefer light rock or top 40 not infused with dance club music. The music was a little off putting. The young lady that waited on us was very polite and friendly. She was very helpful. The young man that also helped us was also polite and nice but didn't seem too interested in being at work. The food was good. I had a pizza and the sauce was decent but could use some more flavor. It's a little blander than I prefer and I tried the spicy marinara my friend had gotten a sample of and it wasn't anything to write home about either. They should call it mild rustic instead of spicy rustic. The name is misleading also. I was hoping for some pasta since it is called Italian Kitchen but they only had pizza, calzone or salad to choose from. The dough was also bland and too thin. They only offer thin crust and I like something a little thicker.

I gave 5 star because the customer service was exceptional comparibly with most other quick service places. Based completely on the food I would give that 3 stars. It needs some work. A more flavorful sauce would help things a lot but for 7 bucks you get what you pay for.
