Terrible company. Set up account, had to chase the sales department to schedule tank delivery. Did not show up on scheduled date, did not call our company to let us know they were not coming. Called Dial Lubricants to find out why, no clear explanation, but told would be delivered in a couple of days. No contact and then dealt with rude office staff! Their Credit Manager was extremely rude, lied to our company about process and then hung up on the conversation! Very poor company!
