Very professional staff and love their positive attitudes! They do great work, take care of everything, including dealing with the insurance company, and don't charge the customer a dime! When Bryce approached us about getting our hail damage taken care of, we thought the company's promise of $0 deductible, no cost to us, and a free rental car while they worked on ours was too good to be true. They even offered us a $200 customer incentive to be paid on delivery of our completed car. Who does that? Before committing to anything, we read several online reviews, and were still unsure. Then we had a family member who is an attorney check the fine print, and he told us it seemed like a valid deal. So, we spoke to Gabe, the owner, and made arrangements to have our car picked up. The only thing we had to do was call our insurance company to get a claim number. After that, Progressive worked directly with DFW Storm Solutions, and a week later we had our car back (delivered to our house by Frank who was very personable) PLUS a check. Everyone we talked to at DFW Storm Solutions was pleasant and helpful, the entire process was quick and easy, and my husband was so happy to finally have all those dings out of our car. On top of that, when we got our car back, it was cleaned inside and out! We knew they'd wash the outside, but having the interior done as well was, in my opinion, above and beyond. Great work; great customer service!! Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing body work on their vehicle - especially dents from hail damage. And get this, even if the damage occurred over a year ago, it's not too late to get it fixed. I believe you just have to file a claim within two years of the incident. Isn't that great?!

At first, the owner (Gabriel) does a tremendous job of selling the customer service and I was pretty impressed in how fast he was able to start on my vehicle and even the quick turnaround. However, it has been downhill since. No quality control! I got my car back with an extra bumper nick from something like a circular sander and my roof interior lining missing all the screws and not secured in. It was all blamed on a contract tech that was let go. I could live with it if it was taken care of right away but 2 months later, many voice messages, and even going down to the shop I have not been able to get my car complete. I now get his message box is full and any text to him go unanswered. I’d go down to the shop but have been too many times and it is a 45 minute drive. I highly recommend using a different shop for your hail damage as many offer the same incentive he does. It usually takes a lot for me to write a poor review as this is my first time but I’m at the point to filing complaints with the BBB, insurance company, and review sites.

I have taken my car to four different shops in town just to be told the dent on my roof from a fallen tree could not be fixed with Paintless dent repair, but DFW repaired it "Perfectly". Thanks DFW you've got all my buisness. B.W.S.

Representative was in area and stopped to discuss hail damage to my vehicle. Gave me the following info: FREE hail damage repair, they take care f deductable, they pick up my car and provide rental at NO charge to me, wash my vehicle, and upon delivering my car to my home they give me a $250 check. All of this information is contained on a post card style of flyer one might find under windshield or front door. I agreed to the service. My vehicle was picked up on Thursday, Aug 30, 2014. My cell phone # was provided so they could notify me every other day as to status of repair. Rental car was left with me. Here is what happened: 1. I never received ANY paperwork for rental and there was less than 1/8 tank of gas. When I got my car back, gas gage was on empty. 2. I had to call about status as the only text I received was the day my car was actually ready. When I telephoned them, I spoke to GABE. He advised the guy who set this up no longer worked for the company. I asked if the info regarding the service was correct. He told me if he gave me te $250, he would be in the "red". Reluctantly he said he would cut the check. I recieced my car today, Sept 11. The hail damage was repaired. The tail light was cracked as the hail really messed up the back end. So bad that they replaced trunk. They didnt fix tail light, and t was on insurance estimate, bur they said my insurance wouldnt pay for it. Upon my inspection of my vehicle, I noted scratch near trunk. Frank, who brought me my car said they would not fix it. I think things would have been better had they been more professional. I should have rememberwd "if something sounds to good to be true, it probably is." And one more thing, after he told me is in the red after my car repair, he asked if I happened to be coming to Dallas that day. He was going to ask if I could drop off the rental and pick up my car. Perhaps I should have...maybe I wouldnt have run out of gas.

I heard about DFW Storm Solutions through a co-worker of mine after they had gotten some work done. They were impressed with what the company offered, so I decided to finally get my hail damage looked at. My first impression was a phone call with the owner, Gabriel. He was personable and knowledgeable as he explained the process. The next day, he came and personally picked up my car from my office and left me a rental car AT HIS EXPENSE. (Yes, you read that right - he covered my rental car AND, I might add, my deductible!) By the end of the day, he called with my estimate and as soon as my insurance company sent an adjuster out, he got the ball rolling on the repairs. When my car was finished, he brought it back to me at work and picked up the rental. When I came outside to exchange keys, I immediately noticed that my oxidized headlight had been cleaned! I had never mentioned that to him - he just took care of it at no extra charge. Overall, I was incredibly impressed with the service I received. The repairs were done in a timely manner and Gabriel made the process as painless as possible.

In the process of repairing the vehicle they managed to add more scratches to it. We showed the owner and he did agree that his guys did it but when we took it to get an estimate from another shop he wouldn't fix it. He said he didn't agree with the cost to repair. We asked him to come meet us and see what he felt was his company was responsible for. He did not respond. It had gotten rejected by us 2 or 3 times from him so we did not want his shop touching it. We still have a scratched up vehicle. I know this won't stop everyone but hey it might save someone else. Anyone can feel free to come see their work!

had a pleasurable experience working with these guys. They were able to handle my insurance claim and do so in a timely manner. I've been through this process before and I'm glad I chose DFW Storm Solutions. Not only did they fix my hail damage, they threw in some bumper repair as well and I didn't pay anything for this whole experience! Professional Service, quick turn around, high craftsmanship and It didn't cost me anything out of pocket! Great business!
