BE AWARE, BE CAREFUL ON GETTING A LEMON FROM DFW Select Motorcars (Chris Fischer)On September 22, 2014, I bought a 2011 Mercedes E350 from Chris. The car looked and drove great. BUT THE NIGHTMARE STARTED AFTER I TOOK THE CAR HOME.When Mr. Fischer (DFW Select Motorcars owner) sold me the car, he never disclosed any repair or accident made to the car. His Carfax shows no work done to the car. Mercedes Dealers told me the Carfax doesn't tell you anything, and also there is more then 6 months delays until something is reported to the Carfax.After buying the car and taking it to 2 Mercedes dealers (2 days later) for a full check up, I was showed that the car had extensive repairs and have been most likely in an accident.1- The hood was mounted out, and not put back in correctly. Only a professional can see that. The Dealer showed me how all the hood screws have been removed.2- Same goes for the front bumper - and was not put back in place correctly.3- The whole car have been repainted. (they check that with their electronic paint detector)4- The spare tire was extensively used.When I called back Mr. Fischer and confronted him with these findings (few days after buying the car), and telling him:1- Have I known all this, I will for sure not have bought the car.2- Tried to come to an amicable resolution to either return the car or reduce the car price due to these undisclosed extensive repairs.3- That I will go ahead and file a Consumer Complaint Form as well as filling a Court claim.He discarded them all, and ask me to stop calling him.Therefore I'm with my last resolution on filling a complaint against this dealership (DFW Select Motorcars) for wrong selling me, and not disclosing me the extensive (this is for sure not minor) repairs to the car.After calling the Texas Department of Motor Vehicle they advise me to file a complaint against this dealer, and that if all this is correct they may even remove him his dealer license.I paid over 300$ at Mercedes dealer to run a full car report: structure, frame, alignment, paint etc - to confirm the car had extensive work.MY WORSE DEAL EVER. NOW I'M STUCK WITH THIS CAR IN MY HANDS.
