I dropped off a Dior bag that was missing a small part on handle and quite honestly was pretty dirty. The Dior store in highland park village sniffed at me and refused to help me. Denos not only replaced the missing pieces with something similar but OMG had this bag looking brand new and gorgeous!!! I called to tell them how amazing they are!! I will be a customer forever!!! Oh one more thing. I drove over an hour - so worth it.

1st time customer for shoe repair. Said hello twice to employee who ignored me to continue texting on her phone! When she finished she was not at all interested with helping me shoe repair. Not friendly and helpful at all!!! Will never go back or refer friends to this shop. Shocked by poor service and ‘I don’t care attitude’

I was referred by a friend and the LV store to get my vintage bag fixed. They fixed my bag in a short amount of time. I will forever do business with Deno’s.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Doesn't deserve any stars. I do not recommend them for any dye job. I had a new jimmy choo bangle bag treated so that it would resist stains. It didn't help and when I brought it in for cleaning, they said it wouldn't clean well so they recommended dying it. They dyed it and the color was awful (pinky beige). I paid for that dye job and asked them to dye it brown. When I picked it up it was very splotchy and they said it couldn't be avoided. I had to pay again and still was not satisfied. I only used this purse a few times and it was now relegated to storage as I wouldn't use it as it was. I finally found a source, Tulsa Leather, who was able to dye it a solid brown. When I went back to Deno's to voice my dissatisfaction, they were arrogant and rude. I've been a customer of theirs for 10 years and will never be back!

i took my louis vuitton bag there,because i ruined it when i tried to clean it with Mr. Magic, do not do that! So the color faded and i i needed a color restoration, they gave my bag back in 2 weeks, i coudnt believe my eyes, it looked like i didnt ruin it, a great job!

My friend showed me the great job Deno's did on her Jimmy Choo purse, so I took my favorite well-worn Marc Jacobs purse in for a clean-up. (two other shops wouldn't touch it) In about a week, they called me to pick it up. Wow! It looked almost brand new! I'll be back soon.

I am so disappointed in the whole experience I had there. I brougth them two handbags (coach, prada) to have cleaned. I paid $100 and neither one of them look clean. It looks like they got a cleaner from the grocery store and "wiped" them both down with it!!! They look so bad. Not only that, they called me to tell me that my purse was ready, and I asked " both of them?" the lady said "oh, you brought in two, don't come yet, let me check and I will call you back." they never called back. I called the two days later and both bags were not ready, and they said athey would call me. Monday rolled around and I still had not recieved a phone call so I called and asked and they said they were both ready. Don't waste your time or money!
