I always get good service and prices. The repairs are quality and long lasting. This is a classic neighborhood shoe repair shop and not a multi location higher priced chain store operation.

Deno's Shoe Repair is the absolute worst. Don't get fooled into using them because of the nice address. They are not the original owners and basically a "chop shop" for leather. I am writing this as they have basically destroyed two pairs of shoes, an Alden pair of shell cordovans ($650 gone), and a pair of John Lobb balmorals ($1250 gone). They put grooves into the shoes which cannot now come out, instead of polishing. The manager there told me "that's the best he can do, sorry". No refund or offer to help. Avoid this place, I later found out from friends they have had a similar experience.
