I have been very pleased with the quality of care at the Davisson Clinic. Dr. Davisson and the clinic physicians do a great job in coordinating care and providing personalized individual treatment. The professional staff is very warm and caring. Do be prepared to wait on occasion - usually not more than 15 minutes past scheduled appoimntment - pretty standard for most busy health care providers off of LBJ freeway. I've never been asked to reschedule due to traffic delays.

I have been going to the Davisson Clinic for over 2 years now,

and today was my LAST visit.



The people have always been very friendly,

I have no complaints at all about anything except this...



For over 2 years now EVERY single appointment I have had in their office, I have been made to wait a MINIMUM of 1 hour after my scheduled appointment to see a doctor!



Often 2 hours, even sometimes 3 hours!!!



There is NO excuse for that. Once in a while, okay...

No problem. 5 minutes behind, 10 minutes, wouldn't bother me.



Around the 30 minute point is where I start to get mad, and after an hour is where I get furious. I told them specifically in advance today I had a VERY important meeting and could NOT get stuck again waiting in their clinic. They assured me that would not happen, and after waiting again OVER an hour after my scheduled appointment, I just left.



What's even worse is, I had prepaid once for 6 office visits, and got stuck over seas for work, told them in advance I would not be able to make 2 office visits, and... They still charged me!!! When they did NOTHING.



If you don't value your time, and have hours on end to waste sitting in an office, and don't mind people showing no respect for you, your time, or your schedule...



Then the Davisson Clinic is for you!
