Stay Completely Away From This Small New Home Builder!!! I bought a home from them. They will not pay for my A/C Coil warranty work. Their sales and marketing material says they cover these items for two years. When I talk to Bart Reeder, the sales and managing partner, fights me tooth and nail on the claim. Ted Reeder, the owner, also told me not to call them that they would not pay for the A/C Coil repair. Additionally, they stooped so low they even got K and S Air and Heating to come and lie about the freon and pressure readings and tell me that the repair that was made to the coil made my system out of warranty. When I called the Amana Technical Service center, they told me this was completely untrue that the repair was made correctly and that my system was still in warranty. All of this was done just so Bart and Ted scam out of a warranty repair that they know they are responsible for. Again, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DAVENPORT MEADOWS or the REEDER Family. They are liars, crooks and unethical. Ironically, Bart's an attorney, he should know better and should be disbarred for his actions....Enough Said!!!
