Dr. Holland enjoys and dedicates his practice to taking care of orthopedic trauma patients. This encompasses patients with acute polytrauma to patients with chronic traumatic conditions. He has expertise in acute fractures (upper and lower extremities, pelvis and acetabulum), nonunions (bones which have not healed), malunions (healed bones with poor alignment), acute and chronic infections and hardware complications. Dr. Holland strongly believes in the team approach to the care of the trauma patient and taking care of the “whole” patient. Methodist hospital has developed a team of dedicated professionals to take care of all of the surgical, psychological, social and personal needs of the trauma patient.
