Scheduled a Women's Defense class appointment and when I showed up not one person was aware of the appointment. I was sent around the corner to a woman who would not identify herself or who she worked for. She called a slew of folks to see who might have scheduled the appointment as evidently the name Mister Washington I was given was fictious. These folks are unprofessional at best. If you're a woman looking for Women's Self Defense training, do NOT opt for these folks ! You'll end up wasting time and money.
