This guy who runs this company is by far the most dirty business man I have ever met didn't fix my 1998 Saab Convertible after having it for over 2yrs ran off took my car and continues to lie about it.....now I am force to pursue this matter legally please find someone who is morally up right to do business with

This is the most unprofessional body shop I have ever worked with. Between dealing with the owner who is constantly lying and his wife who always has a different story than he does, they had my vehicle for over 1.5 months. After being told more than three times that my vehicle would be ready for pickup, I finally had to demand that they stick to a pickup date. The vehicle was not ever repaired properly, even though they had more than enough time! I tried to take it back several times where they told me no technician was available or they were not even open.



During all of this, State Farm insurance paid them for the original estimate, then the body shop went back and submitted a request for additional money and actually submitted a THIRD request for additional money! I understand if there was something overlooked, however, this is excessive to say the least.



Please do NOT use this body shop. Horrible to work with, you will be lied to, they will keep your vehicle for extreme amounts of time and then it is not even repaired properly! I plan to report this business to the BBB and I've also contacted an attorney to advise me where else I need to report them to. Nobody needs to deal with something like this after being in an accident.
