Been using these folks for many, many years. Always do a consistent, good job. the ladies are ultra fast and efficient. Love coming home to a clean home!

One of my favorite gifts to give friends and family is house cleaning. Being in the industry, I know the good feeling of coming home to a sparkling clean home.

Purchased Dallas Maids gift card for a friend. They were thrilled and even more so when the job was done. They loved it! And actually signed up for bi-weekly service with Dallas Maids.

This is the first maid service I've used and I've been very satisfied. The maid (I believe it's usually Ana) leaves the house looking and smelling great. One thing I love and would recommend are personal notes just because I like to know who was there and it makes me feel like a friend of the family is there versus just someone working. Thank you!

Asking for feedback is a good idea. The ladies are dependable, cheerful, well mannered. Do a cracker jack job. Sometimes hard to communicate. I'd like to make suggestions for improvement but, really, I'm very pleased with you guys.”

Please tell Lilliana to get the baseboards, especially in the master bathroom, she does not have to empty the dishwasher (Thank you, but you don't have to do that), look up in higher places-noticing cob webs. But all around-a great job. Thank you!

The owner came to our home and spent time to thoroughly evaluate the job and then came back with her crew and worked with them to get them lined out perfectly. Excellent cleaning in 3 hours!

They did a nice job on my moving out cleaning, the grout in the bathroom was kind of funky looking but whatever they did there it looks ten times better than it did. All the faucets are shiny and it looks like I will get my deposit back so good job!

I'm spoiled already. I have a wonderful husband that cooks (I'm talking really cooking not just "pop it in the microwave"). I just clean the house but I have 3 cats so sometimes there's a lot of hair here and there I cannot get to. Through the recommendation from Shanna I found Dallas Maids. WOW, was I impressed. See, I clean almost everywhere. Meaning wipe down the counter, wash and pick up stuff on the wooden floor, take out trash when it's full, do laundry, etc. So, I know what "cleaning" means. And this lady, Cecelia knows what cleaning means as well. She was here for almost 2 hours cleaning the wooden floors, washing the windows, cleaning the surface tops, dusting picture frames, washing dishes (not that much), and cleaning the guest bathroom. She did a great job and I was thrilled when I came home. The place definitely smelled great and I can see the sparkle and shine of the house. I didn't request her to clean the bedroom or our master bathroom, but that's okay, I'll do that myself. I'm very pleased and satisfied, in fact so much so, I've already scheduled a 6 week clean up schedule. Great job Dallas maids! Oh, and it doesn't break the bank either!

Spoke with the (owner) and he was very understanding around my concerns He went above and beyond (visited me in person) to talk through and is working with me to ensure I'm happy with the service. Got a cleaning on Monday, place looks great.

We've been using Dallas Maids for almost a year now. Martha is a lovely person and a joy to have in our home. She cleans very well, every week, and is always polite, gracious and hard working. We are very pleased with Dallas Maids and we highly recommend them. The are hands down the best maid service in town.

Fabulous service! They came and took care of my home so well! I first got a detail cleaning then started a regular service biweekly. The team that comes is wonderful, always consistent and the office ladies are very helpful! Extremely satisfied customer right here.
